Somfy TaHoma® is a smart-home hub that connects your Somfy-powered motorized shades to devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, as well as third-party services including Philips Hue, IFTTT, SmartThings, Brilliant, Control4, and Crestron. It lets you control and automate your shades alongside the rest of your smart home.
Access digital controls from your phone, or use a Wi-Fi hub to sync your shades with your smart-home devices. You can also use a handheld Somfy remote, a wall switch, or your voice through Alexa or Google Assistant.
Yes. Somfy RTS and Zigbee rechargeable motors carry a 5-year warranty and are repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's terms. Basic rechargeable motors, remotes, and hubs are covered for 3 years. If a component fails within its coverage period, it is repaired or replaced through us as your supplier.
Not usually. Most of our smart blinds run on rechargeable battery motors, so there's no wiring required and a charge lasts months. Hardwired options are available for whole-home installations if you prefer.
Almost any of them. Zebra shades, roller shades, and blackout shades can all be built with Somfy motors, so you can motorize whichever style suits your rooms.
